Room hire at Greyfriars.
Greyfriars is in the very centre of Reading and offers a range of high-quality spaces for hire, from small meeting rooms to conference facilities for up to 100 delegates, all of which can be configured to suit your requirements. Audio-visual facilities are available in our rooms, and we also have a fully equipped studio space for music rehearsals or audio-visual recording.
Just a few minutes’ stroll from Reading train station, you will find the perfect space to host memorable meetings and get-togethers. Daytime and evening bookings are welcome, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.
Light refreshments are also available by request.
We welcome bookings from individuals, small groups and local and national charities at discounted rates, as well as commercial bookings. You can select a room below to view further information.

Accessibility.
Most of our rooms are fully accessible, with lift access and accessible toilets. The mezzanine meeting rooms at Greyfriars (Emmbrook and Berrybrook) do not have lift access. Please note that there is very limited parking on site but there are public car parks nearby. The distance from Reading train station to Greyfriars is only 5 minute's walk.
